Every number reconciled against listmonk's own UI. Read-only enforced at the connection layer, not just by convention. PII gated behind auth. Ships as a ~4 MB distroless container. One environment variable to run.

Pure-PHP, drop-on-any-host Claude-powered chat agent — multi-agent instances per slug, each with its own system prompt, knowledge sources, accent color, and embeddable snippet.
Comprehensive single-page property listing with vCard download and a Notion knowledge base for AI-agent retrieval — a full owned sales surface, not a marketplace listing.
