2020 – present · solo-built affiliate marketing business & infrastructure

After the pandemic, started my own affiliate marketing business and built the entire technical stack myself — analytics, content automation, tracking, delivery, and auth.
Built a vertically integrated operation: started with affiliate offers, then used drop shipping to launch my own products and landing pages inside a WooCommerce cart, and redirected the affiliate traffic I'd built into my own funnels instead of third-party offers — owning the traffic and the margin. Scaled the system to 94 products and landing pages with a writer, then integrated those back into affiliate markets. Also sold on Amazon and sourced products manufactured in China for direct fulfillment.
Built a custom ClickBank analytics platform tracking 57+ vendor offers in real time across a dual-database architecture, with IPN/webhook ingestion and a link tracker handling tens of thousands of redirects daily.
Designed and run an end-to-end AI content pipeline: an Anthropic-powered news aggregator feeds a constraint-driven prompt engine and a multi-agent pipeline (with custom MCP servers) that drafts, quality-checks, and formats email content for delivery.

Joined as a programmer and rose to Chief of Operations, running the technical and business operations of a digital publishing company grossing roughly $1.5M–$3.2M per year pre-pandemic.
Ran a 250,000-subscriber email operation end to end — automations, opt-in and onboarding flows, audience engagement and optimization, segmentation, and funnel optimization.
Directed paid acquisition at scale (Google, Meta, YouTube), built and managed a large ecosystem of web properties, and led a distributed team of developers, marketers, and support.
Built backend automation, CRM, and BI dashboards (CAC, LTV, churn, ROI) — the technical infrastructure the business ran on.

A standalone Go binary that reads listmonk's engagement data over a read-only Postgres role, adapts to different schema versions at startup, and serves eight metrics (opens, clicks & CTOR, per-link breakdown, engagement curves, bounce/complaint trends, list growth, subscriber scoring). Built spec-first across 17 sections, each verified against the live database before moving on. Read-only safety enforced at the connection layer; subscriber data gated behind auth. ~4 MB container, one variable to run.

Multi-Agent AI Content Pipeline

An end-to-end content system: an Anthropic-powered aggregator classifies current events into a domain taxonomy, a prompt engine generates editorial copy under hard constraints, and a pipeline of single-responsibility agents — supported by custom MCP servers including a dedicated QA server — drafts, checks, and formats before delivery. Validation gates between stages keep output from drifting. Runs in daily production.

A magic-link auth/SSO service built as coordinated services — API, web, and a cron worker — with Postgres for persistence and Redis-backed short-lived tokens. Built across 19 chunks, with the security-sensitive parts (token expiry, one-time use, cross-origin) handled deliberately rather than bolted on.
